So the stripped oak logs on the doorframe to your hobbit hole are what's asymmetrical, there is a log on the left side that isn't on the right.

Another reason Hermitcraft wouldn't work in rl is because of the pollution from the thousands of rockets being used each day.

When iskall is done he needs to take a backup and load the server up in a world where fire spreads and just watch the tree burn 🔥

I know what’s wrong with your TREEFARM.
The lightlevel at the block the sapling grows on is probably to high, thus making it possible for trees to grow the instant you plant the sapling (happens, although very rarely). That might be too fast for your treefarm to handle.
Saplings grow naturally in a lightlevel of 9 or higher.
So you need to bring it down to 8 (since I presume you don’t want mobs either).
Then your farm should only be running on bonemeal and the machine can process it.
The only other possibilities I can come up with are that you may have not activated the „oak switch“ and a tall oak tree grew accidentally. Or that your piston push limit is to high (doesn’t seem to be the case)
Anyway... to fix It in it to its normal state, just put a row of (whatever blocks you want) in front of the vertical row of redstone blocks on each side, to get over the piston pushlimit, rebuild the leafcrusher (carefully) and remove the blocks again. Basically as ilmango already described in his video.
Then, once you’ve changed the lightlevel (if that is the problem) you should be golden👍
...the Problem you have only ever occurred to me when a tall oak tree grew accidentally because I forgot to engage the „oak switch“, so maybe I’m wrong. But I think it’s your best bet after all.
